How can I place an order?
You can place an order by selecting the desired product and placing it in your shopping cart.
If you want to pay, click on the green "Checkout" button and fill in your details as requested.
If you have agreed to our terms and conditions, click on the green button "Confirm order." Before paying, review your order and details on the payment page. Select your payment method here as well. Once you click the green "Pay" button, you will be redirected to the payment provider where you can submit the payment request. You will then return to our website and see the result of your payment. Once your payment is approved, you will receive an email confirming your order.
Online payments & payment methods
You can pay for your order securely online on our website. Payment is processed by the payment provider Mollie BV. The connection between your computer and the webshop/payment page is secured with SSL encryption. The payment methods offered are:
We do not charge any transaction costs to our customers.
Shipping costs and delivery
If the products you ordered are in stock, the order will be shipped within 24 hours.
Depending on delivery times, weekends and public holidays, your order will normally be delivered 1 working day after shipment.
For orders up to €100.00 excl. VAT, the shipping costs are €6.85 excl. VAT and shipping within the Netherlands.
Orders of €100.00 excl. VAT and higher are delivered free of charge to your home (within the Netherlands).
An exception to this is the AirKing dust extraction system. This will be shipped by insured mail and the cost for this is always €7.40 excluding VAT (within the Netherlands).
You can see the shipping costs applicable to your order on the product page, in the shopping cart, and on the payment page. Products that are out of stock at the time of ordering will be delivered in a separate shipment.
Using discount codes
Several discount codes can be used for your order. You can only use one per order. You enter the discount code at the end of your order shortly before you pay. A percentage discount code is only calculated on the amount excluding shipping costs. Discount codes cannot be used during promotions, unless a discount code has been created specifically for the promotion. Some products in our webshop are excluded from the use of a discount code. These include electronic items and products that are already at a discount.
Returning ordered items
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you are not satisfied with the product after all, or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order after all. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are €6.85 excl. VAT per package (consult your carrier's website for the exact rates). If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories delivered and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@veringellak.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.
We cannot accept returns and therefore cannot credit products that have already been used, opened, or damaged. Please treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it. Complaints handling
We do our utmost to provide you with the best possible service. If you are not satisfied with our products or service, please contact us via the contact page or by phone. You will receive a response to your complaint within 10 business days. If you believe we have not handled a complaint satisfactorily, you can always contact the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR) at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim. Legally, you are required to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will arrange for repair and/or replacement free of charge.
